A 65” flatscreen LG Smart TV has been mounted over the fireplace for a cinematic living room experience. The gas fireplace is operated with a switch on the wall on the right side of the fireplace, and is available for you to use anytime. The dining area has a table for six, has its own chandelier, and sits next to a large picture window looking out onto the home's west side yard. The ultra-modern, fully stocked kitchen starts with a large island and a breakfast bar with four barstools. This kitchen comes complete with a large double-door stainless steel refrigerator, an ice maker, a pull-out drawer-style freezer, a six-burner gas stove and oven, a stainless steel built-in microwave, a deep sink with stainless steel fixtures, a stainless steel dishwasher, and white cabinetry all available for you to use at your leisure. The countertops are granite, and the kitchen counter backsplash is made of white subway tile. The kitchen cupboards and drawers are fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, towels, washcloths, and serving dishes. A 12-cup coffee maker, a blender, a four-bagel toaster, and a supply of paper towels are all readily available to you to prepare the meals of your choice throughout your visit at this home. Pantry items available to you include seasonings, cooking oils, and sweeteners. Immediately adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a deep utility sink, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board all available for you to use. The master bedroom is located at the back of the house away from the street. This bedroom features a king size bed, luxurious bedding and linens, end tables, a ceiling fan, a 50” wall-mounted Sony flatscreen TV, a door leading to the back yard, a master bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom is a full bath with a deep soaking tub, a glass-enclosed tiled walk-in shower, a hand-held shower massage, a traditional shower head, and a hairdryer. This master bathroom includes a dual sink vanity with a granite countertop and a tiled backsplash. This bathroom is fully stocked with towels and washcloths available for you to use. The walk-in closet has built-in custom shelving, plus a window for natural light, in case you are traveling with extra supplies that need to be stored during your visit. A guest bedroom and a guest bathroom are also located on this floor. This bedroom features a queen size bed, also with luxurious bedding and linens, two end tables, and a large closet. The guest bathroom is a full bath with a glass-enclosed tiled walk-in shower, towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer. A descending case of stairs adjacent to the living room takes you to the daylight basement. This level of the home features its own living room, its own half kitchen, two more guest bedrooms, and another guest bathroom. The living room on this level also comes complete with an overstuffed sectional sofa with its own oversized ottoman. A 65” curved-screen Samsung TV is mounted on the wall, ideal for group movie watching. A sliding glass door in this daylight basement living room allows easy access in and out of this level of the home via a backyard case of exterior stairs. The back patio is half-covered and half-exposed to the open daylight. A variety of patio furniture with seating for ten provides a beautiful setting for outdoor gatherings and entertaining. A barbecue is available on the patio for guests to use for the perfect outdoor dinner on a hot summer night.
