This cabin offers panoramic views of Lake Coeur d'Alene, use of a boat slip, access to a private beach, access to a private boat launch, and use of a golf cart for short trips in and around Cave Bay during your entire stay. This 2,200-square-foot cabin features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to fourteen people. The cabin also features a full kitchen, an open concept living and dining room combination, a daylight basement with a mini kitchen and a family room, an expansive deck facing the lake and spanning the entire width of the house, and enough parking space to accommodate several vehicles and a boat trailer comfortably both in the front and back of the cabin.
Home Description
When you first enter the cabin at the main entrance, you step right into the cabin’s fully appointed kitchen. As you continue past the dining room and into the living room, a row of floor-to-ceiling picture windows opens up a panoramic view of Lake Coeur d'Alene, Cave Bay, the surrounding forested hills, and the lake's east side hills in the distance. A sliding glass door leads to the outside deck, where you can see the view of the lake unobstructed. This will probably be the most popular place to hang out during your stay at this fun summer cabin. An outdoor dining set with seating for eight and a comfortable patio furniture arrangement are all ready for you. The flames of the propane fire table will provide both warmth and the perfect North Idaho evening ambience at the end of your summer day at the lake. A propane gas grill for cooking is also ready and available for guests to use. Enjoy! The cabin’s kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals during your stay. The dining area includes a large dining table with seating for eight. Additional chairs are available in an adjacent closet. The fully furnished living room is the perfect place to settle in and unwind while spending time indoors. Adjacent to the dining room is a bathroom and the main floor bedroom. The cabin’s two bedrooms are located upstairs. Here, you and your guests can take in more extensive views of the lake and the surrounding North Idaho scenery, undisturbed. The second bedroom upstairs is a bunkbed room, perfect for kids! There are two bunk beds and an additional queen bed altogether in this room, accommodating six guests in total. The upstairs bathroom is a full bath. The hallway closet includes all the bath linens you may need for upstairs guests, as well as a pack-and-play for the little ones. There are two more guest bedrooms in the daylight basement. The basement level also includes a mini-kitchen area with an additional refrigerator, an ice maker, a Keurig coffee maker, a slow cooker, and a beverage dispenser. The basement level also has its own full bathroom. There is also a selection of fun board games on the shelves! The laundry room is adjacent to the basement family room. This room comes complete with a large washer and dryer ready to use, and laundry soap is available in the cupboards. The cabin is equipped with mini-split air conditioning and baseboard heating throughout. This home is equipped with five televisions and has strong WiFi for your enjoyment.
Strict HOAs and CCRs are in effect to protect the natural environment of the area and the natural beauty of the subdivision. The boat slip, the private park, the private beach, and the private boat launch are just a short trip down to the lake and are available to guests during their visit. This is an absolutely delightful trip in the golf cart on any summer day. The golf cart must be driven by licensed drivers only and must remain within the Cave Bay community. There is ample space available at the cabin to store your boat trailer during your stay. There is no space available to park boat trailers at the marina.
The town of Worley is 6 miles south of Cave Bay. The Coeur d'Alene Casino and Circling Raven Golf Club are 11 miles north of the cabin on Highway 95.
